MEET CHRIS
Hello.
I specialize in existential and depth-oriented therapy, helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, mood and personality disorders, and self-discovery. Using psychodynamic approaches, I provide a supportive space to explore emotions, patterns, and relationships, guiding you toward healing and lasting personal growth.
As a parent, I understand the challenges of balancing personal well-being with family life. Parenthood can bring both fulfilment and stress, and I support clients in navigating these experiences with empathy and insight.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a variety of industries, gaining a broad perspective on life's transitions and challenges. I'm also a drummer, and I value creativity as a means of self-expression and connection.
I grew up in the south of England and moved to California in 2012.
